These are black leather pouches that I made for myself and my Wife for events, because pockets are kind of a rarity amongst period pants. The top and sides of the pouches are soft leather for flexibility, with thicker plates for the front and back to give stability to the belt loop and front clasp. And as an added bonus, each pouch has an extra layer of thin thin soft leather on the inside along the back wall, designed to be juuuusstt big enough to fit a disposable poncho in it (nothing ruins an event faster than being soaked and sad).
