I bought myself a nice little camping axe online just to find that it didn’t come with and sort of cover or sheathe. And because I have no chill, I set out to fix that cover issue. The cover is held on via a single snug snap that holds the blade in place against the thick leather. Once I got the cover were I wanted it, I designed and built a simple belt took that’s tight enough to keep the axe from bouncing, but loose enough that I could still have access to it. I’ll probably make more of the belt loops in the future, because they are simple, but pretty fun to make.
