My Grandfather loved to read, and I wanted to make something unique just for him. This is a bookmark made out of leather with gold painted pages made out of cut to size note card pages. I super glued the pages extremely heavily in order to turn the entire thing into a single, solid entity. The actual bookmark of the piece, is some embossed soft leather that I had to around, which I then shaved down the backside as much as I was comfortable with in order to let it sit well within the pages of a book.
