This is one of my favorite masks that I’ve done. It is a fox mask made for a friend after a lengthy design period figuring out exactly what they wanted out of the mask. The mask is all hand carved and painted by me, with a nice layer of high reflective silver/glitter on the details to make them pop. The jaw is held on by a screw-back rivet at the edge of the jaw, with a washer in the middle, and a dab of lubrication to let the jaw move as the person talks. One of the prettiest things I’ve made.
