This.. well.. this is just sort of chaos. I kind of hate buying my Nieces and Nephews Christmas presents before the age of four, mainly because they are too young to know exactly what they like or want, along with anything I get will be thrown into the massive pile of toys, never to see the light of day again. So I’ve gotten into the habit of making them some sort of art on the concept that it’ll stick around longer than the toys do. These were all hand carved, dyed, and painted by me, using small painted dowel rods to lift the characters out of the picture to give it a more unique look. Then of course, my wonder Wife swooped in to paint the backgrounds of the first two to make the whole thing feel more professional. As far as I could tell, the kids loved them.,
